What are your delivery times?

Order processing takes 2 to 7 working days before shipment. Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 3 working days. Please note that weekends and Norwegian national holidays are not included in the processing or delivery timeframes.

Can I collect my order in person?

Yes, if you choose in-person delivery at checkout, the processing time of 2 to 7 working days still applies. The standard collection location is Oslo Central Station, unless an alternative location is specifically agreed upon. Please ensure you provide your phone number at checkout to facilitate smooth delivery arrangements.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
